You Are Enough!
September 26, 2012

Fundamentally

 You

 Are

 Inherently

 enough.

It matters not if you are a Christian, Hindu, Muslim or Jew; you are enough.

Rich or poor, gay or straight; black, yellow, red or white, you are already enough, with or without mudra, mantra, yantra or tantra you’re always enough.

You’ll live your life listening to others tell you “you’re not enough” that “there’s something missing”; live your life knowing there’s nothing missing.

With or without knowledge or understanding, you are always enough.

With or without practice, purpose or principle, your essential nature is already/always enough.

Without effort, favor or condition, the beloved sweetly kisses your inherent nature just as you are & that was, is, and will always be, more than enough.

i AM
September 19, 2012

.

Every moment

of

the

here/now

is

a

meditation

&

enquiry

into

I AM.

.

Who

I AM

is

not

what

I’ve done

or

will do,

it’s

not

what

I achieve

or

do not achieve,

gain

or

do not gain,

know

or

don’t know.

.

Who

I AM

is

not

what

I’ve learned

or

 not learned,

what

I have

or

don’t have;

so-called failure

&

so-called success

have nothing

to

do

with

Who

I AM.

.

I AM

cannot

be made

or

un-made,

it’s

beyond belief

or

practice,

beyond

the thinking,

the being,

the having

&

the doing of life;

it’s

closer

 than

a

breath…

.

I AM

does not need

to

be

remembered,

practiced,

discovered,

improved,

changed

or

transformed;

you are

I AM.

.

Who

I AM

already lives

&

already thrives

in

the

impulse

of

this

here/now:

the

so-called good

&

the

so-called bad;

both

the up & the down

are

contained

in

I AM.

.

Ignored

or

un-ignored,

I AM

is

enough;

it’s

already/always

enough.

Notice

the unnoticed

or

not;

rest deeply

in

what is,

I AM

will

offer

itself freely,

without effort

&

without condition.

Puase & Reflect by Marina Chetner…
September 11, 2012

In honor of this day, all [innocent] victims, the celebration of life & the creative talents of Marina Chetner!

Marina Chetner

Even the smallest act of service, the simplest act of kindness, is a way to honor those we lost, a way to reclaim that spirit of unity that followed 9/11.

~ President Barack Obama

9/11 was a tragedy that affected the world. The United States, and many other countries and individuals, were changed after that day.

Walking through the 9/11 Memorial today, September 10, 2012, I felt calm in a space that I’d been fearing to visit ever since it had opened to the public. Fear associated with stepping into the unknown; a place that I imagined would overwhelm with painful emotions.

Instead it’s a beautiful tribute that honours lives lost, as well as the bravery and courage exemplified by those who dedicated their help. The Memorial immortalises human spirit, and is symbolic of NYC’s strength.

This is a series that starts with a ferry ride from Williamsburg, Brooklyn to…
