  1. Dear M. Symonds,
    I hope you are well.
    Is it possible for you to give me any scientific research references demonstrating that; “We do not see the entire picture ~ we see .000054 percent of reality only.”
    This concept is most interesting and it would be great if there is any science about this.
    Cheerio,
    Alain

  2. Dear Alain;

    I am feeling very well thanks!

    I appreciate your question and invite you to explore the work of Dr. Stephen Wolinsky PHD. .000054 percent of reality – is a “favorite” reference point for Stephen in many of his talks/books – used in the context of much larger frameworks of understanding.

    I believe it relates specifically to/from his own studies of Alfred Korzybski – Science & Sanity and, in particular, references metaphorically(?) – the Structural Differential Diagram which has been used to illustrate the hardwired “tendency” for the nervous system’s inability to offer the “full picture of reality” and so always “filters” and delivers a partial portion of reality [my words & understanding – not Stephens].

    I have many of Stephens books, but found a reference point on Alfreds work in “You Are Not – Beyond the three vails of Consciousness”.

    Stephen can be contacted via his website to answer your question specifically; also, much of his work is generously being offered freely as downloads from his website which may be a start in pacifing the “pull” of your original question 😊
