Communion…

Soul does not need inspiring. Soul does not need healing, transformation or transcendence, that’s a distortion of [your] mind; it’s “me” stuff.
Teachers suggest [you] need to develop “the witness” when in fact upon examination it can be seen there is no witness or even observer.
[We] imagine a witness/observer/thinker exists because [we] think & talk about it as thought it were real; [we] give attention & life to a deadly trance.
With simple verification it’s seen there is no witness/observer/thinker.
With verification, it’s seen there is no subject/object split – outside of the language/thought – subject/object split.
The fictitious subject/object split, is a reference point that determines & undermines perception; it’s misplaced attention & identification.
The subject/object trance is the birthplace of suffering; it suggests relationship where there is none; it’s the source of all spiritual paths.
As soon as the figment of subject/object split is imagined – trouble begins.
Awareness cradles so-called heaven & so-called hell – but is neither, both & beyond.
Communion lies not in witness, observer or thinker; communion thrives in still point awareness – here/now.
[We’re] all looking for that perfect relationship while ignoring the fact there’s already/always/only a sacred, whole(ly) communion – here/now
In meditation: who is meditating? In confusion: who is confused? In joy/fear/anger/depression: who is joyful, fearful, angry or depressed?
Which witness is witnessing?

You Are The Miracle

[You] Are The One Miracle.
[You] are the miracle that does not recognize the miraculous-ness of the miracle.
[You] are the miracle that imagines there is something other than the miracle.
[You] are the miracle that attempts to abandon the miracle for everything that arises out of the miracle.
[You] are the miracle that imagines there are “other” more important or bigger miracles “out” there.
[You] are the miracle that imagines [you] need to
be something, think something, know something, understand something, have something or do something – to be the miracle.
[You] are the miracle that grasps and fears everything that happens because of the miracle.
[You] are the miracle that gets distracted by possibilities that arise because of the miracle.
The miracle is real – there is nothing but the miracle;
nothing exists outside the miracle – it’s all just miracle.
Rest as the miracle, Be the miracle.
Here/now – everywhere and always, [you] are already the miracle.
[You] are the One unspoken – unnoticed miracle;
notice the unnoticed,
Be attentive to the miracle [you] are.

Soul

Soul
is not what it knows or understands,
it’s not what it hears,
has,
or does.
It’s not what it thinks or does not think,
where it goes or does not go,
what it says,
sees,
feels,
touches or smells.
Soul has no colour,
no language & no location;
it’s not what it eats or does not eat,
wears or does not wear,
believes or does not believe.
.
.
Unmoved & unchanging,
Soul has its home in the here/now of Self.
Above & below,
in the spoken & unspoken,
in the light & the dark,
in the pause between in breath & out breath,
in the silent space between us;
in the seeing,
touching,
smelling,
hearing & tasting – Soul
can
be
found.
. 
.
Soul cannot be known,
but there can be knowing;
here – now,
there can be the wisdom of understanding,
a dispassionate & discriminating passion.
Here – now,
in the apparent having & doing,
there can be seeing.
In the stillness of seeing,
where the time-bound meets the timeless,
where the unmoved orchestrates the moved,
there is love;
a sacred love [we] cannot imagine or understand,
but can only Be
&
rest in;
this is Soul.
